 “Hi, I’m Amber Timothy, co-owner of AM PM Cleaning Services, along with my husband, Shane. I’m the answer-phone-calls, do-estimates, customer-service lady. AM PM Cleaning is located out of our home, which lowers our overhead, which saves you money! But because we work from home, when you call us, you may occasionally hear our two young children, Reese (4 years old), and Lucy (2 years old), in the background. We strive to always conduct ourselves in a professional manner, but at times our kids’ shrieks, cries, or (hopefully) laughter breaks the façade.
